Shipping and Delivery Policy
Typically, after receiving an order, VNmushrooms Farm will contact the Customer via WhatsApp or other contact methods to confirm their information.
Following confirmation, VNmushrooms Farm will quickly prepare the product and hand it over to the Shipping Carrier.
Customers can expect to receive their VNmushrooms Farm product within approximately 2-3 days. However, in cases where product delivery encounters unforeseen issues due to force majeure, VNmushrooms Farm will handle the situation as follows:
- VNmushrooms Farm Customer Service will contact the shipping carrier to confirm the order status.
- We will reconfirm the information provided by the Customer, including phone number, address, and email.
- We will then proceed to re-order for the Customer and find a new Shipping Carrier.
VNmushrooms Farm will be responsible for resolving and handling all issues and costs arising from the shipping process.
