The VNmushrooms Farm Scientific Council currently consists of seven reputable members. We are proud to introduce the Vice Chairman of the Scientific Council, Dr. Hong Van Sam—a scientist whose relentless contributions have been a key factor in bringing about the groundbreaking achievements VNmushrooms Farm enjoys today.

Educational Background:

• Undergraduate: Vietnam National University of Forestry.
• Master’s and Doctorate: Leiden University, Netherlands.
• Expertise: University and postgraduate lecturing, scientific research; specialist in the fields of Plant Taxonomy and Conservation; Biodiversity Conservation; Special-use Forest Management; Access and Benefit Sharing of Genetic Resources; and Forest Resource Management.

He has led and co-led numerous provincial, national, and international scientific research topics/projects on Classification and Biodiversity Conservation, and Genetic Resource Conservation. He is a member of many national and international scientific journals (Scopus journals).
